workshop is designed for beginners who want to gain a solid foundation in dynamical systems and bifurcation analysis. No prior experience in the field is required, making it an ideal starting point for students and researchers interested in exploring nonlinear systems.<\/p><p><br \/>We will introduce XPPAUT, a user-friendly yet powerful tool for conducting bifurcation analysis of nonlinear systems. XPPAUT provides an intuitive interface that makes it easy to visualize phase portraits, perform stability analysis, and explore different bifurcations associated with both equilibrium points and periodic orbits.<\/p><p><br \/>The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to dynamical systems, covering fundamental concepts such as phase portraits and stability analysis. We will then demonstrate how to apply these techniques in XPPAUT through practical examples, guiding participants through the key computational steps.<\/p><p><br \/>In addition to XPPAUT, we will provide a short introduction to more advanced software, such as AUTO-07P, which allows for more sophisticated numerical computations in nonlinear dynamics. While XPPAUT is excellent for educational and exploratory analysis, AUTO-07P is widely used for advanced research in bifurcation theory and numerical continuation.<br \/>By the end of this workshop, participants will have the knowledge and hands-on experience to:<\/p><ul><li>Construct and analyze phase portraits.<\/li><li>Perform stability analysis of equilibrium points.<\/li><li>Identify and classify bifurcations in nonlinear systems.<\/li><li>Use XPPAUT to conduct bifurcation analysis efficiently.<\/li><li>Gain insight into more advanced tools like AUTO-07P for deeper
