The main purpose of ICCMM 2024 is to bring together international scholars working in the field of computational and mathematical modelling in a broad sense to a common platform. Following the past conference and conference sessions that were organised by the Centre for Mathematical Modelling, ICCMM 2024 too provides a platform for original and cutting edge research in the field of Mathematical and Computational Modelling.
Papers are called under three major tracks: Mathematical Modelling, Scientific Computing and Simulation and Computational Models and Discrete Applied Mathematics, ranging from conventional and theory-based modelling approaches to the most sophisticated and unconventional approaches. All contributions will go through a rigorous peer review process and accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the ICCMM 2024. Primary attention is given to original contributions, while survey papers in the relevant field exploring cutting edge technologies and recent trends are also welcome.
The Centre for Mathematical Modelling has been highly instrumental in popularising mathematical and computational modelling in Sri Lanka. In particular it plays an important role in the research progress in the Department of Mathematics, which includes the introduction of state of art techniques and methods in mathematical and computational modelling. With the contributions from the researchers from different parts of the world, who are experimenting with the latest mathematical and competitions techniques, ICCMM 2024 is supposed to cater to that purpose as well.

Original contributions/extensive survey papers in the following fields are welcome.
Full paper submissions (not less than 3 pages, not exceeding 8 pages, excluding references or supplementary materials) are welcome.
Authors are encouraged to submit original contributions. However, up to date survey papers in the relevant fields are also welcome.
All submissions must be in pdf format and use the conference template.
Papers will go through a thorough review process and accepted papers will appear in the Proceedings. At least one author of each accepted submission must present the paper at the workshop. Authors may choose to present online or on-site as per their convenience.
