The International Conference on Computational and Mathematical Modelling 2026 is organised by the Centre for Mathematical Modelling to bring together international scholars working in the fields of computational and mathematical modelling, artificial intelligence, and interdisciplinary research to a common platform. Building on the success of previous ICCMM conferences, ICCMM 2026 provides a platform for original and cutting-edge research in all areas of computational and mathematical modelling, with particular emphasis on AI-driven innovations and sustainable solutions to contemporary challenges.
Submissions are invited from all areas of applied mathematics. All contributions will undergo an internal peer-review process, and accepted abstracts will be included in the Proceedings of ICCMM 2026. Based on reviewer evaluations, selected extended papers may be published in indexed proceedings/ journals.
Primary attention is given to original contributions, while surveys in relevant fields exploring emerging technologies, interdisciplinary applications, and recent research trends are also welcome.
The Centre for Mathematical Modelling has been highly instrumental in popularising mathematical and computational modelling in Sri Lanka. In particular it plays an important role in the research progress in the Department of Mathematics, which includes the introduction of state of art techniques and methods in mathematical and computational modelling. With contributions from researchers across the world working at the forefront of artificial intelligence, computational sciences, and mathematical innovation, ICCMM 2026 aims to provide a platform for researchers from around the world to share their knowledge, build research collaborations, and discuss recent developments in computational and mathematical modelling in the AI era.
